Volunteers for MSHRM Committees 2019

Program/Publications - This committee will be responsible for 3 functions. Review proposals and select topics for 2 Annual Education Days, review and select topics for our scheduled webinars. Develop content for a periodic informational newsletter
Nominating - Work with Past-President to solicit and vet nominees for the President Elect and available Board vacancies coming up in 2020. Requires review of nominates qualifications, telephone conference calls, finalize ballot, informing Board of result
Finance - Work with chair to develop Society budget for presentation and approval by the board. Chair to present budget at the annual meeting.
Membership - Work with Chair to develop and enhance membership. Requires review of applicants request for membership. Develop strategy to retain current membership as well as recruit new members.
Sponsorship - Work with chair to develop and maintain current sponsors as well as appeal for new sponsorships. Develop tiers of sponsorship. Present plan to the Board for approval.
Bylaws: Work with Chair to review current Bylaws for accuracy. Inform Board of any needs for revision. Develop revisions as needed and present to the membership for approval.

Star Chapter Mgmt Admin – Back Up: Looking for individual interested in learning how the Star Chapter mgmt software program works to serve as back up to the MSHRM Admin when she is unavailable for urgent member communications, troubleshooting, etc.
