Biographies for the candidates are attached in the voting email.

MSHRM Bylaws:

A. Eligibility of Vote: Only active members in good standing shall have the right to vote. Proxy voting shall not be permitted.

B. Voting Process: The Secretary of the Society or his or her designee shall use an electronic format for all Society voting not completed in person.

C. Majority: Except as otherwise specified herein, and consistent with quorum requirements delineated in Article VII, Section 5, all matters shall be settled by a simple majority vote, which is a majority of electronic votes recorded or a majority of members voting in person as the case may be.

Section 6 - Quorum

A quorum of the Society shall consist of the active members present at the annual meeting. For special meetings and all other duly called meetings of the Society, a quorum shall consist of at least 5 percent of the Society’s active members.

Please cast your vote for President Elect and 3 Board of Directors positions. A space for Write In candidates, as required by the MSHRM Bylaws, is provided as the first question. If you choose this option you must indicate the name of the person and the role for which you are casting this vote. Do not cast an additional vote for that role as you complete the remainder of the election survey.

The voting period is November 1, 2018 - December 1, 2018.

Thank you to the Nominating Committee, the current Board of Directors, all who have volunteered to serve on the Board of Directors and you, the Active members of MSHRM.
