Massachusetts Society for Healthcare Risk Management

We are developing a confidential, virtual peer support program for risk and patient safety professionals in the New England region. The goal is to give colleagues a safe, nonjudgemental program to talk with someone who understands the stress and emotional impact of this work.

This effort includes risk professionals from MSHRM, CSHRM, and NNESHRM, along with partners from the Massachusetts Medical Society Physician Health Services and the Betsy Lehman Center Peer Support programs.

Before we move further, we would like your input. Your answers will help us understand what support is needed and how this program should be designed. You may also choose to share your contact information if you are interested in helping with planning or volunteering as a peer supporter.

We know the survey will take a bit of time, but we really want your input. Your survey responses will be used to guide planning for the peer support program. Please do not include patient names or other identifying patient information in your responses.
